Grant Writing Services

Description

Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), Stanislaus Council of Governments (StanCOG) is seeking the services of a qualified firm to provide grant writing services for development and submittal of applications for competitive funding programs administered by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and California Transportation Commission (CTC). The contract which may be awarded shall be an amount not to exceed $100,000. Federal programs administered by FHWA include but are not limited to the following: the National Infrastructure Project Assistance grants program (Mega), the Nationally Significant Multimodal Freight and Highway Projects grants program (INFRA), and Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) Program. State programs administered by the CTC include the Active Transportation Program, Local Partnership Program, Solutions for Congested Corridors Program, and the Trade Corridor Enhancement Program. StanCOG will be submitting competitive grant applications to the FHWA as Notices of Funding Opportunity are announced, and to the CTC in November 2024 and January 2025. Please refer to RFP attachment for all necessary information, such as Scope of Work and Evaluation Criteria.
