Grant Road - Phase 3 & 4 - Palo Verde to Venice Place is a roadway widening project. The results of the project will have 6 through lanes and a median with left turn lane pockets. The project will include new curbs, sidewalks, landscaping, traffic signals, street lights, detention pond, water main replacement, sewer main addition, cross roadway storm drains, and a large 96" diameter culvert for storm mitigation.
