The project proposes to construct an 8-foot wide asphalt trail approximately 6,400 linear feet in length and a 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk approximately 1,125 linear feet in length in the right of way and within easements along Rummell Road in St. Cloud Florida. The project will include clearing and demolition of existing features, the relocation of various utilities, the installation of storm water piping and structures, concrete driveway and sidewalk construction, signage and striping for the trail. The trail head park segment will also include the installation of a asphalt parking area, concrete sidewalks, stormwater piping, stormwater structures and the excavation and grading of a dry pond. This project will be partially funded by the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection Recreational Trails Program (RTP).
