The County of Northampton is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers for the Gracedale Nursing Home for an dietary software system (a) consisting of Licensed Software, Hardware, and Services, including, but not limited to, Implementation Services, Hosting Services, Support Services, training, and other professional services (collectively referred to as “Dietary Menu Management”), as each element of the DIETARY MENU MANAGEMENT System is defined in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), and (b) meeting the requirements of this RFP. The DIETARY MENU MANAGEMENT System is required to replace the County’s current dietary software system. Required features and functions of the DIETARY MENU MANAGEMENT System are set forth throughout this RFP.
