Golfview Sidewalk Replacement

Description

The City of Bartow is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide all necessary labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision to complete sidewalk and curbing improvement along Golfview Avenue from Georgia Street to MLK Boulevard. This project is funded in whole or in part with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to labor standards, nondiscrimination requirements, and regulations of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Awarded bidder shall comply with all applicable state, local, federal regulations as established by HUD, including but not limited to requirements related to labor standards, equal opportunity, and Section 3 provisions.All bidders are required to review the Invitation to Bid (ITB) and all attachments prior to submitting a bid. Important attachments include, but are not limited to, the HUD Special Conditions Packet, SAM.gov Building Wage Decision, and other documents included in the ITB packet. By submitting a bid, contractors acknowledge that they have reviewed all applicable attachments and understand all federal compliance requirements, including HUD, Davis-Bacon, and Section 3 regulations.
