The City of Cleveland (“City”), owner and operator of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (“CLE”), Burke Lakefront Airport (“BKL”) (collectively “Airports”) and the North Coast Harbor (“Harbor”), through its Director of the Department of Port Control (“Director”), invites written Request For Qualifications ("RFQ") from firms that have requisite, demonstrable competence and experience in providing Surface Parking Facility Design/Build Services (the “Project”) as required by the various divisions of the Department of Port Control (“Department”) and described more fully in this RFQ.Qualified firms either singly or in joint venture or other legal arrangements (collectively, the "Firm", “Contractor” “Consultant” or "Respondent") must have the requisite, demonstrated competence and experience in, and a thorough knowledge of, the services required for the Project.A pre-proposal meeting and site-visit will be held on Tuesday June 17, 2025 at 10:00a.m. local time in the Cleveland Plus Conference Room at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. 5300 Riverside Drive, Cleveland OH 44135 and via WEBEX: https://clevelandairport.webex.com/clevelandairport/j.php?MTID=m212654f509a6447b1696c5ae896cfaceAlthough attendance is not mandatory, firms are encouraged to attend.
