The work to be performed under this contract consists of, but is not limited to, providing health insurance, basic life insurance and long term disability. Employees are offered, on a voluntary basis, flexible spending accounts (medical and dependent care) dental insurance, vision care insurance, short-term disability, accident insurance, cancer insurance, critical care insurance, voluntary term life insurance, Pathway529 Educational Benefit and universal life insurance with a long term care rider as detailed in the Statement of Work herein.
