Glock 45 Aimpoint COA

Description

MCC is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide fifty (50) Glock 45 Gen 6 handguns equipped with the Aimpoint COA (Carry Optic Advantage) red dot optic system, or an approved equivalent meeting all specifications contained herein. MCC Blue River Public Safety Institute provides firearms training to law enforcement recruits from agencies throughout the region. Approximately 97 percent of recruits attending the academy are sponsored by law enforcement agencies that issue or are transitioning to the Glock 45 platform equipped with duty-rated pistol optics, including the Aimpoint COA system. The acquisition of Glock 45 pistols equipped with the Aimpoint COA optic system will ensure recruits receive training on the same weapon platform and optics technology they are expected to use upon graduation and assignment to their respective agencies.
