The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the Office of Immigrant and Refugee Affairs, is seeking a consultant or consultant team to explore opportunities to establish a new external program that will cultivate closer relations with other sister and partner cities through cooperative activities focused on pathways for youth, economic benefits, and mutual exchanges in areas of learning that make our city safe, create a welcoming environment, and create opportunities for our residents to thrive.
