General Plumbing Services for the City of Papillion

Description

The City of Papillion is seeking qualified contractors to provide on-call plumbing services for City managed facilities. It is at the sole discretion of the City to determine the number of contractors in which the City will enter into an agreement for plumbing services. The successful Contractor(s) must be a licensed plumber and the business must be registered with the state of Nebraska. Contractor(s) shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary for plumbing services including routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, service, repair, replacement, reto-fitting, alteration, upgrade, and new installation of plumbing systems in all municipal buildings as needed. The City is seeking to select contractors for a preferred short list with expertise in this field for the following but not limited to: on call workload needs, typical small an/or planned plumbing work, and may include large scale work up to, but not exceeding $50,000.Award of a contract does not obligate the City to engage the Contractor in performing any minimum amount of service during the contract period. This will be a three (3) year contract.Supervision shall be under the general guidance of the City of Papillion Parks & Facilities Department.
