General Environmental Analytical Laboratory Services

Description

The City of Tucson, herein referred to as “City”, is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced laboratories to provide Environmental Analytical Laboratory Services, as per the Scope of Services specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). To ensure adequate Contract coverage, multiple awards may be made for each medium/service to offerors who score the highest on the designated evaluation criteria. The successful Laboratories shall provide (on an as-needed or if-needed basis) services to any department within the City; however, services will likely be requested by the City of Tucson – Environmental Services (COT-EGSD) (Engineering and Assessment, Brownfields Regulation and Compliance, Environmental Management Program, and/or Los Reales Sustainability Campus); and  by the City of Tucson Department of Transportation Storm Water Management Section.  EGSD requires surface water, industrial wastewater, soil vapor, and soil/solid testing for permit compliance. Storm water monitoring is intermittent as samples are only taken when it rains.
