The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to What is the procurement purpose?, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.This bid is designed to overlap the current pool of General Contractors for Home Repair Projects, in an effort to establish a new pool that will replace the current one upon its expiration, while allowing the new pool to be engaged immediately upon award of this solicitation. Vendors of the current pool that would like to continue being a part of the pool must bid on this solicitation to be considered for the new pool. The types of services to be rendered include the following:Correcting municipal code violationsAbating any health and safety problems in the resident’s homeProviding safe electrical and mechanical systemsStopping weather penetration to make the resident’s home more energy efficientImproving the general condition of the resident’s structureAs each home repair projec
