The RFP solicits competitive proposals from qualified Firms to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, and other resources necessary to perform complete custodial services at all ACHD facilities identified in this Scope of Work.Mandatory Pre-Submission Proposal Meeting and Site WalkthroughsAll prospective Respondents are hereby advised that attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Submission Proposal Meeting and Site Walkthroughs is required as a condition of submitting a responsive Proposal under this RFP.Date and Time: Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 9:00 A.M.
