The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) seeks competitive Requests for Proposals (RFP) from firms to provide preventive maintenance, comprehensive vehicle safety inspections, mechanical and electrical repairs, and vehicle transportation services for the ACHD Commuteride vanpool fleet. Services shall include routine and scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, authorized repairs, and vehicle pickup and return, performed in accordance with applicable manufacturer specifications and ACHD requirements to ensure vehicle safety, reliability, and minimal disruption to commuter operations.MANDATORY PRE-SUBMISSION PROPOSAL MEETING AND SITE WALKTHROUGHS: The purpose of the meeting is to provide prospective Respondents with information and clarification regarding the Request for Proposal (RFP), including applicable solicitation requirements, proposal preparation and submission requirements, and other matters related to the solicitation documents.
