Bids will be opened at the Thomas C. Lane Administration Building, 41 Bank Street, Bridgeton, N. J. 08302. 2. Bidders shall be responsible for carefully examining the enclosed specifications. Failure to offer and complete the entire bid, or to meet all requirements of this invitation, shall be deemed just cause for rejection of the bid as not meeting the specifications.
