BRIDGETON BOARD OF EDUCATIONBusiness Office 41 Bank StreetBridgeton, NJ 08302 INTENT:It is the intention of the Bridgeton Board of Education to award a contract for Annual Refrigeration Repair Services / Time and Materials Contract from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-42 the contract may be extended for two (2) one (1) year terms or one (1) two (2) year term.  Contract extensions shall be at the discretion of the Board of Education. All terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain unchanged except the contractor may request an increase in service rates for the optional term. Any increase request shall not exceed the cost-of-living index found on the New Jersey Division of Local Government Services website prevailing at the time of the request to renew the contract.
