Furnishing and Installation of Window Glass and Related Materials

Description

The City of Tucson intends to establish an annual requirements contract to retain multiple Contractors to provide labor and material relating to the Furnishing and Installation of Window Glass, Aluminum Walls, Screen and Miscellaneous Related Materials, as per the Scope of Work, to be delivered to various Tucson metropolitan locations, as well as walk-in counter service.The contracts will be primarily used by the Environmental and General Services Department (EGSD) for projects of commercial and industrial buildings and by the Housing and Community Development (HCD) Department to support the City’s public housing rehabilitation program, which is comprised mainly of single-family residential homes. Services will be requested on an as-needed basis, and the contract is not a commitment by the City of Tucson that the Contractor’s services will be required.United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding will be utilized on HCD individual projects under the contract. Therefore, the services under this contract are subject to the HUD and Section 3 terms and conditions which are included as attachments to this solicitation and incorporated into this contract. These terms and conditions cannot be modified or negotiated. By submitting an offer, the Offeror must agree to abide by the federal terms and conditions included as attachments to this solicitation.
