Project will be completed in phases.A Mandatory, On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 10:00am at the project site located at 16387 Blountstown Hwy., TLH, FL 32310. Attendance at the pre-bid is mandatory to be eligible for bid award.
