CHOCTAW COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION Child Nutrition Program Fresh Produce Bid Package School Year 2026–2027 Invitation to Bid Invitation to Bid – Fresh Fruits & Vegetables The Choctaw County Board of Education (CCBOE) is accepting sealed bids for the procurement of Fresh Fruits and Vegetables for the Child Nutrition Program. Bids will be received until: Deadline: August 5, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. CST Bid Submission Location: Choctaw County Board of Education 107 Tom Orr Drive Butler, Alabama 36904 Bids must be sealed, clearly labeled “Fresh Produce Bid – CNP”, and delivered on or before the deadline. Late bids will not be accepted. Bid Specifications & Requirements Vendors must comply with all ALSDE Child Nutrition Program and USDA procurement regulations, including: • • • • • • U.S. No. 1 Grade or better HACCP compliance Buy American Provision (7 CFR 210.21(d)) Tax-exempt pricing Delivery to all CCBOE Child Nutrition sites Required vendor certifications (listed later in packet) Bid packets may be obtained at the CCBOE office or by calling (205) 459-3031. Right to Reject The Choctaw County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and award the bid most advantageous to the Child Nutrition Program.
