Notice This Addendum No. 1, dated June 18, 2026, to the Request for Proposals: Security Service – Guard House supersedes all contrary and conflicting information in the above-mentioned instructions, specifications, and contract documents which are hereby supplemented or revised in certain particulars as follows: 2. General Information FRSA submits Addendum No. 1 to provide the list of mandatory meeting attendees, answer questions, provide the date questions are due, the date final addenda will be issued, and the Security Officer Operating Procedures. 3. Questions & Answers Question 1: Is the plant still patrolled? Answer 1: Yes, by a separate security company. Question 2: Do security officers collect samples? Answer 2: No; FRSA handles sample collection in-house. The guard will contact an onduty plant operator if sample collection is needed. Question 3: Are current guards union? Answer 3: No, they are not. 5.
