Freight Transportation Service Providers for Federal Surplus Property Program

SCOPE: In accordance with provision of Texas Government Code, Chapter 2175, Surplus and Salvage Property, and Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), TFC is seeking qualified vendors for freight transportation services for pickup and delivery of federal and state surplus property in the continental United States.Awarded TSPs will provide freight transportation services as stated in the Attachment A – Freight Transportation Services Provider Agreement and in conformance of Attachment B – TFC Standard Terms and Conditions. It is not the intention to award to a specific number of vendors; additional vendors may be approved periodically throughout the contract term. Vendors must have the ability and possess proper authority to provide freight services.
