The proposed project includes demolition of a two-story, 7,056 square-foot office building that served as Sweet Home's former City Hall building, located at 1140 12th Avenue. The building was originally constructed in the late 1940s with an addition in 1996. The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, machinery, labor, and supervision necessary for the demolition work.
