Formal/General Fire Department Uniforms and Accessories

Description

The City of Tucson Fire Department (TFD), Golder Ranch Fire District (GRFD), and Northwest Fire District (NWFD), seek to establish an annual requirements contract for the purchase of Formal Uniforms, General Uniforms, and Accessories for Members of TFD, GRFD, and NWFD, to be picked up at the Contractor’s place of business or F.O.B. Destination Freight Prepaid to various TFD, GRFD, and NWFD locations. The Tucson Fire Department has approximately 645 commissioned personnel. Golder Ranch Fire District has approximately 250 commissioned personnel, and Northwest Fire District has approximately 245 commissioned personnel. TFD's usage is estimated to be approximately $300,000 annually, GRFD usage is estimated to be approximately $300,000 annually, and NWFD usage is estimated to be approximately $300,000 annually. Only approved uniforms and accessory items are to be purchased by TFD, GRFD, and NWFD personnel.Items will be purchased on an as needed basis, with a no guarantee of volume. Tucson Fire Department, Golder Ranch Fire District, and Northwest Fire District are seeking offers from firms that can provide both in-person and online web ordering with employee account tracking of both uniform orders and stipend balances.  Estimates of quantities are given on prior history and do not guarantee any actual order(s) for TFD, GRFD, and NWFD.
