INVITATION FOR BIDS Ford Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles with Upfitting The City of Kalispell, Montana will receive sealed bids for three (3) Oxford White (YZ) 2026 (99B) Ford Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles (K8A) with the following options included: 500A, 67H, 16D, 17T, 21L, 41H, 425, 43D, 47A, 51T, 549, 59B, 60R, 63B, 66A, 68G, 76D, 86T, 153.  The bids must include upfitting of the following equipment: 24" Center Console Internal Cup Holder Console mounted computer docking station Recessed Tall Man Partition Rear seat prisoner transport insert (plastic or like material) Expanded Metal Cargo Barrier Poly Door Panels (rear doors) Vertical Steel Window Barriers Trunk Cargo Box Front Push Bumper Floor Pan with Drain Plug Dual Weapon Rack - 1 Small, 1 Universal Full Feature Lightbar with Amber TA (or equivalent) Siren Controller Magnetic Mic Mounts x2 Hideaway LED lights for headlight and tail light - Red/Blue Maglite Flashlight with charger - ML150LR Speed radar unit with front and rear antennas Brother mobile printing equipment The bid must guarantee three (3) fully upfitted and delivered 2026 (99B) Ford Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles to the Kalispell Police Department no later than June 30, 2027. Sealed bids shall be addressed to the City Clerk and entitled: Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles.  Bids will be received by the City Clerk, 201 First Avenue East, Kalispell, MT 59901 (PO Box 1997, 59903) until 2:00 P.M. on September 11, 2026. Bids will then be opened and read aloud in the First Floor Conference Room, at the above address. Questions can be directed to the City Clerk at 406-758-7756 or by emailing . All bidders shall, as bid security, accompany the bid with lawful money of the United States, a cashier's check, certified check, bank money order, or bank draft, drawn and issued by a national bank located in Montana or by a banking corporation incorporated in Montana or a bid bond, or bonds, executed by a surety corporation authorized to do business in Montana, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid.  Any such bank instrument shall be payable to the City of Kalispell.  If a contract is awarded, the bidder whose bond is accepted and who shall thereafter refuse to enter into and execute the proposed contract, or as stated in the covenant, shall absolutely forfeit such moneys or bank instruments to the City, and become immediately liable on said bid bond in said sum.
