BOONVILLE R-I SCHOOL DISTRICT Request for Proposal Food Service Products for July 2025 – May 2026 APRIL 2025 Boonville R-I School District 736 Main Street Boonville, Missouri 65233 www.bpsk12.net Request for Proposal for Food Service Products Attached is a list of items we are currently using in our School District. Please provide pricing for the items listed along with the item number and how the item is packaged. Consider USDA Regulations and guidelines for ingredients, whole grains, trans fat, etc. We would require a weekly bid on all produce items. To stay in compliance with The Buy America Provision, please only quote items that are produced within the United States. The Boonville School District has 5 sites that require deliveries one time each week, the first deliver would need to be on a Monday starting at 5:30 am. with an additional day within that week. Please indicate what day/days deliveries would be available and state your policy on minimum order amounts and fuel charges. The Board of Education approves payments at its regular scheduled meeting held on the third Wednesday of each month. Penalties imposed for payment prior to the aforementioned time will not be accepted. We are also requesting the Nutritional Facts sheets and CN Labels for all items purchased. This is a Request for Pricing, and all quantities listed are Projected Quantities. An equivalent substitute brand for the items listed will be accepted. You may return the sealed bid to the attention of Katie Bird, Board Secretary at the address below in an envelope marked “25/26 Food Service Bid” or via email to katie.bird@bpsk12.net@bpsk12.net by 12:00 PM CST on May 12, 2025. The Boonville R-I Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
