Follins Pond Green Stormwater Infrastructure

Description

The Town of Yarmouth is requesting bids for the following: Follins Pond Green Stormwater Infrastructure.  The work performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to: Installing 28 Leaching Infiltration Chambers beneath Gun Rock Road; Installing two Catch Basins and one Water Quality Unit, and Connecting them with the Leaching Infiltration Chambers; Constructing three Infiltration Trenches with 12-inch perforated HDPE pipes backfilled with crushed stone within and parallel to Gun Rock Road and Follins Pond Road; Constructing new Catch Basins and Manholes, and connecting the trenches to the new Catch Basins and Manholes; Replacing existing grates with Cascade Grates and resetting rims at multiple locations; Removing existing catch basins and removing/plugging existing pipes at multiple locations shown on the drawings; Planting native shrubs and grasses above infiltration trench areas; and Other related items as shown on the contract drawings. Specific requirements are included in Exhibit 1.
