The City of Fort Myers (City) requests submittals from interested and qualified Respondents to provide:The City is inviting licensed and qualified Construction Manager professionals to submit proposals for consideration to provide Construction Management services to develop certain properties located on Northwestern portion of Flower and Market Streets, along with associated access road(s), utilities, and water management facilities to support the operation of the City of Fort Myers Police Department (FMPD). This campus will combine a variety of operations within one site to address the current needs as well as future growth and expansion of services as required to meet the needs of the community.
