Floor Tile Patching - Asbestos Containing Flooring

Columbus City Schools has around 50-100 floor tile patching jobs annually that have associated asbestos flooring removal as part of the repair. We're looking for a flat rate for patching between 1 and 100 12x12 tiles within a room or section of hallway. We'll need the vendor to inspect nearby tiles to ensure there are no loose ones in the vicinity and replace those as well. Please note many of these are 9x9 and 12x12 will be used for replacement, often requiring cutting. CCS will provide the floor tiles and glue to be used. Certification to legally perform asbestos removal in schools is required. If an area is greater than 100 sqft, then a second flat-rate charge may be billed. This work cannot take place while students are in session - after-hours work may be needed. All questions will be answered here on the Public Purchase website.
