Replace bridge #2028 with a precast stiffleg with wingwalls, widen to three lanes with curb, gutter, attached and detached sidewalk, multiuse path, bioretention swales, valley gutter, driveway approaches, roadway reconstruction, and a Bioretention Basin.The Contractor shall construct the bridge, in its entirety, within the limits of the Right-of-Way (ROW), Permanent Easement(PE), or Temporary Easement(TE). Shoring, if needed to stay within the ROW/PE/TE limits shall be considered incidental to other project bid items and no additional payment will be made.
