The District is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of TXDOT Approved Flex Base Type II to our Ennis Pump Station Location. The District intends to award a Contract to the vendor that can meet all bid requirements and provide the highest aggregate amount of material for the budget available. The contractor shall include all fees/surcharges associated with hauling.
