First 5 San Mateo County: Re-Issue of Early Childhood Mental Health Services RFP

PLEASE NOTE: This is a re-issue of the F5SMC Early Childhood Mental Health Services RFP which was initially released on April 7 and closed on April 28 at 4pm. Due to technical difficulties with the software platform during the submission window, we are briefly reissuing the RFP. If you received notice that your proposal was successfully submitted to the prior solicitation process, you DO NOT have to resubmit. All proposals received through both of these processes will be reviewed together. In December 2024, the Commission updated its Strategic Plan for 2025-2030, which will guide the Commission’s priorities and investments. The 2025-2030 Strategic Plan is consistent with the focus and intent of the Children and Families Act, building on what has been learned and accomplished locally and providing a framework for the Commission and the community for how Proposition 10 funds will be strategically invested over the next five years.
