Focus of Funding:&nbsp;Eligibility to Apply: This Request for Applications (RFA) invites agencies who hold contracts with First 5 California, California Department of Education, and California Department of Social Services to deliver the Quality Counts California (QCC) project in Sacramento County to apply to offer services that support quality in early childhood settings, as described below.&nbsp;Priority: Quality Child Care&nbsp;Strategy:&nbsp;Short- and long-term support for child care providers, including behavioral consultations, to grow their expertise.
