Fire Station 14 Kitchen Remodel

Description

The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is requesting bids from licensed General Contractors for the Fire Station 14 Kitchen Remodel project located at 4003 Everett Ave, Middleburg, Florida. This project includes the removal and replacement of kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, and finishes, as well as modifications to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to accommodate the new design. All work must be completed in compliance with applicable Florida Building Codes, the project specifications, and plans attached to this RFB. The Fire Station will remain operational during the construction period of the Project. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on January 30, 20224 at 4003 Everett Ave, Middleburg, Florida with a start time of 10 A.M.. Attendees from the public are required to sign in upon arrival, with the sign-in sheet provided by a Purchasing Department representative. Once the sign-in sheet has been collected, the Pre-Bid Meeting will officially commence. Please note that no additional attendees will be allowed to sign in or participate in the meeting after the sign-in sheet has been collected.
