Description

The purpose of this ITB is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, parts, supplies, tools, transportation and materials necessary to provide 'Brief Project Description. Work shall be per the specifications and requirements and includes, but is not limited to, all valves, pumps, detection devices, water flow alarms, tamper devices, auxiliary equipment, alarm systems, control panels, manual and automatic devices, manual pulls, audible and visual devices, duct detectors, rate of rise/heat detectors and other associated devices.The City-owned properties include:Rouss City Hall - 15 N.
