Invitation for Bids PRE-OWNED PUMPER/AERIAL FIRE TRUCK Warren County Fiscal Court is accepting pricing for a previously owned and operated, NFPA compliant combination pumper/aerial fire truck. This unit would have a minimum pump capacity of 1250 gallons per minute, 300+ gallon water tank, and a minimum aerial length of 75’. This unit must have completed a third-party aerial evaluation as well as an NFPA complaint pump test within the past 12 months and have proof of successful completion. A 2025 a Department of Transportation (DOT) examination and proof of completion must be provided. If any testing did not successfully pass, documentation showing proof of repairs made including date, location, and vendor completing the repair must be provided. This vehicle must not have been manufactured prior to year 2000. Bids will be received via email only at warrencountyfiscalcourt@gmail. com, until 9AM CST on August 25, 2025 and will be opened immediately after in the Warren County Fiscal Courtroom, 429 East 10th Avenue, Bowling Green, KY. Bids must be received by the designated date and time and none will be considered thereafter. The Fiscal Court of Warren County, Kentucky reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the lowest and best evaluated bid. Warren County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
