Fire Department Fitness equipment and Fitness Equipment Related Maintenance

Description

The Fire Department utilizes fitness equipment that is specific to fire department employee fitness needs and is based on industry recommended standards and replacement cycles. Pricing page includes items in this bid that may or may not be inclusive of all items. Vendors are encouraged to bid on any or all items they can supply. The City reserves the right to use the next best bidder should the equipment not be available from the primary bidder. All equipment can be substituted for like for like or similar equipment due to industry standard changes and or supply chain issue delays.  Note: Substitution must be authorized by the Santa Monica Fire Department. The awarded bidder must provide a 30-day notice of discontinued or unavailable items and proposed alternative. For items not listed, please provide a percentage discount off catalog pricing (Percent given off of MSRP-Government Rate) in the pricing section of this bid. The City has a right to purchase items off equipment catalogs at the same agreed upon rate.
