E, Killeen Texas 76541, until 3:00 p.m., December 29, 2022. Bid submissions shall be plainly marked with thename and address of the bidder and “BID NO. 23-18 Fire Department Firefighting/Lifesaving Equipment, 3:00p.m. December 29, 2022”.Submittals received after the opening time will be returned unopened. Bidders may register and submit bids electronically athttps://procurement.opengov.com/login . This project is funded, in whole or in part, by federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.Contractor/Subcontractor(s) will be responsible for meeting all requirements set forth by the federal funds including the requirements ofthis Bid Packet. Bid questions will be accepted on the OpenGov e-bidding site, until 3:00p.m. on December 21, 2022. Questions will be answered in theform of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov website.
