Fire Apparatus Equipment

Description

The City of Warrensburg Fire Department is requesting bids for tools and equipment for new fire apparatus. To ensure uniform equipment is maintained across the fleet, bidders shall bid only the equipment and brand identified in the bid form unless the item is marked “ANY.” Bidders shall complete and return the attached bid form. Partial bids will be accepted if all items cannot be fulfilled by the bidder. The bidder shall provide a cost per unit and total cost for each item bid. The City reserves the right to reduce the quantity of any requested item to remain within the project budget. All delivery and shipping costs shall be included as a separate line item. Requested items may be awarded individually to the lowest responsible bidder for a specific item. Individual item pricing shall not be contingent upon a package or whole-bid award. Bidders may submit company quotes or product specifications as supplemental documents to the included bid form. Bids may be submitted by mail or electronically in PDF format to the addresses listed below. The City reserves the right to select the lowest and best responsible bidder based on consideration of all relevant factors. The City may reject bids that are not responsible, do not comply with bid requirements, or are otherwise irregular. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids must be received no later than 12:00PM CST SEPTEMBER 10, 2026.
