Financial Consulting Services for Grant Funds

Description

The City of Tucson (City), Arizona intends to establish a qualified vendor list for Independent Financial Consulting firm(s) who are licensed to practice in the State of Arizona, to submit proposals for Financial Consulting Services as determined necessary in support of the fiscal/budgetary operations of the City, primarily related to the management, tracking, and reporting of American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) funds. Successful firms will work with recipients of City awarded grant funds to provide accounting support related specifically to their City ARPA awards. It is preferred that the consultant(s) utilized for the described services have a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, although such designation is not required. All proposals submitted will be required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, codes, and laws. The City intends to negotiate scope and pricing for specific engagements at the time of said engagement with each Contractor. Offeror shall complete the price page contained herein as well as offering any additional details about your services that may assist the City with their needs. The City shall use this as a starting point when reaching out.
