Financial Advisory Services

Description

The City of Hollywood, Florida (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to serve as the City’s Financial Advisor for a broad range of issues that covers the full spectrum of services customarily provided to governmental entities by financial advisors.  These services are generally divided into three categories: (1) services related to financial planning, (2) services related to debt structuring and issuance, and (3) services related to cost-benefit/risk analysis and related analytical due diligence relative to proposals for major public/private development projects.  On an as needed basis, the Financial Advisor will perform financial/analytical services for a variety of assignments as requested by the Office of the City Manager and the Financial Services Department in accordance with the Scope of Services section of the solicitation.  The selected firm will be considered a partner in the City’s Financial Management Team and will therefore be relied upon to provide timely services.The City reserves the right to make multiple awards for this contract. In the event the City exercises this right, the primary contract will be awarded to the most responsive, responsible Respondent. A secondary contract may be awarded to the second most, responsive, responsible Respondent.
