FileNet Licenses Maintenance and Support Annual Renewal

PURPOSE OF THIS RFB - This Request for Bid (RFB) is not an order. The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to solicit bids for the acquisition of IBM Filenet Software subscription and support. Purchase Orders will be issued against any contract resulting from this solicitation.PricingPlease see document 2024-RFB-0396 Appendix I-Pricing located as an attachment of this RFB. Bidders must fill out this form and submit it online in the designated area to be considered. This is a subscription renewal, no alternate product will be accepted.Contract TermThe initial contract term will be one (1) year from contract execution. To promote efficiency and economy, the County reserves the right to renew the contract for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Such extensions will be at the County’s option, under the same terms and conditions, and will be subject to mutual agreement between contractor and the County of Sacramento. Throughout the term of this contract additional licenses may need to be purchased but are not guaranteed. Qualification-All bidders must be IBM Certified Value Added Resellers. Payment TermInvoices will be paid at the beginning of each subscription year.
