Whitesville Road Soccer Complex - Expansion Project Soccer Field Lighting System - RFP (9/5/2024) 1700 Whitesville Road, LaGrange, Ga 30240 Quote/Bid #1 – Soccer Field Lighting System (Scope of Work):                          Field Lighting Level = Minimum 30FC average. Per the Site Plan Provided (+3 new fields @ 240’x360’) Provide a 25 year comprehensive warranty (parts & labor). Provide and install all required/necessary materials, supplies, labor, equipment, machinery, etc. for a complete LED lighting system installation, per the scope of work. Submit a complete LED lighting system design layout to include the location of all light poles, underground electrical circuitry, and electrical components [meter base(s), disconnect(s), breaker panel(s), controls, enclosures, cabinets, etc.], prior to production and installation. Submit a photometric design layout for review and approval, prior to production and installation. All LED Lighting, submit product information for review and approval, as detailed in the photometric design/layout, prior to production and installation. Galvanized steel poles & lighting supports / cross arms, submit product information for review and approval, as detailed in the photometric design/layout, prior to production and installation. Pole mounting heights shall be designed to minimize glare and maximize playability. Base foundation, submit product information and/or engineering design for review and approval, prior to production and installation. Final lighting, aiming, and field adjustments; prior to acceptance. Provide all required permitting and engineering. Submit 811 utility locates, as required. Pre-wired system with pole mounted disconnects. Provide and install all electrical components [meter base(s), disconnect(s), breaker panel(s), controls, enclosures, cabinets, etc.], as required for a complete LED lighting system installation. Provide and install all underground electrical circuitry to poles, as required for a complete lighting system installation. Fully integrated wireless communication system to allow for on-site and off-site control of the lighting system, including On/Off and dimming controls. Provide all commissioning and training for the system. Wireless modules will be factory integrated. Installation of wireless base station at location (TBD). Minimize lighting spill-over to adjacent properties, demonstrate on the photometric design layout.
