Callaway Stadium & Field Lighting Project RFP (10/26/2023) 801 Dallis Street, LaGrange, Ga 30240 Quote/Bid #1 – New Stadium & Field Lighting System (Scope of Work):                              Field Lighting Level = Minimum 50FC average. Provide and install all required/necessary materials, supplies, labor, equipment, machinery, etc. for a complete lighting system, per the scope of work. Submit a photometric design layout for review and approval, prior to production and installation. All LED Lighting, submit product information for review and approval, as detailed in the photometric design/layout, prior to production and installation. Galvanized steel poles & lighting supports / cross arms, submit product information for review and approval, as detailed in the photometric design/layout, prior to production and installation. Pole mounting heights shall be designed to minimize glare and maximize playability. Base foundation, submit product information and/or engineering design for review and approval, prior to production and installation. Final lighting, aiming, and field adjustments; prior to acceptance. Provide all required permitting and engineering. Submit 811 utility locates, as required. Pre-wired system with pole mounted disconnects. Install all underground electrical circuitry to poles, as required. Fully integrated wireless communication system to allow for on-site and off-site control of the lighting system, including On/Off and dimming controls. Provide all commissioning and training for the system. Wireless modules will be factory integrated. Installation of wireless base station at location (TBD). Minimize lighting spill-over to adjacent properties, demonstrate on the photometric design layout. Minimize lighting glare for the players, spectators, and neighbors. All work shall be coordinated with Troup County Staff. Demo & remove all existing poles, pole bases/foundations, fixtures, and hardware/accessories. Provide and install emergency egress lighting for the stadium stands and surrounding areas to comply with all applicable Codes. UL Listed equipment/electronics. Comply with all applicable Building Codes, Electrical Codes, and Fire Life Safety Codes. Structural code and wind speed = 2018 IBC, 110 mi/h, and exposure: C, Importance Factor 3. Provide a copy of all manufacturer’s product warranties and the contractor’s written warranty covering all labor, installation, and workmanship.
