Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with Kooltronic Inc for the purchase of KA4C3DP21L air conditioner including parts, repairs and diagnostics. In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation. The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by Kooltronic Inc to sell these products/services to the County.
