The City of Granbury is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified and experienced vendors for the purchase and delivery of Ferric Sulfate Chemical for use in the City’s water and wastewater treatment operations. The chemical will be utilized at the City’s water and wastewater treatment plants for treatment processes in accordance with applicable operational and regulatory requirements.The selected proposer shall provide a reliable supply of ferric sulfate that meets the City’s specified quality and performance requirements, including delivery to designated City treatment facilities. The successful proposer will be responsible for providing the chemical in accordance with the specifications, quantities, delivery schedules, safety requirements, and other terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation documents.The City intends to establish an agreement with the proposer determined to provide the best overall value to the City based on the evaluation criteria identified in the solicitation. The City reserves the right to award the contract in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and procurement requirements.
