The City of Frederick is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms with proven experience in FEMA levee certification and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling to assist in the accreditation of three levee segments in the Carroll Creek area. This work is required to demonstrate compliance with 44 CFR §65.10 and support submittal of a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) to FEMA, thereby revising the effective Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM).
