County of Sacramento, Department of Child, Family and Adult Services – Child Protective Services (DCFAS-CPS) is seeking a qualified implementation and fund distribution partner, with evidenced focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), to support the development and implementation of the Family First Sacramento Guaranteed Income for Families (FFSGIFF) Pilot. Activities associated with a successful partnership include, but are not limited to, the applicant's ability to support the following: Assist in the creation of “marketing and awareness” material to spread community awareness regarding the FFSGIFF Pilot, utilizing a culturally competent, anti-racist, anti-stigma, and strengths-based lens.Create and launch a publicly facing online interface designed to process public interest forms and applications with the ability to review applications for completeness, identify applications that meet all eligibility criteria, and provide real-time updates to applicants & DCFAS-CPS about the status of applications.Develop the application and enrollment process for potential participants to complete that places minimum constraints on participants.Facilitate a randomized selection process to identify potential FFSGIFF pilot participants.Participate in, support and/or fully facilitate one-to-one meetings with potential recipients to provide a general overview of the FFSGIFF Pilot and review possible impacts to public benefits, if any, so that potential recipients can determine if participation in the FFSGIFF Pilot is right for their family.Administer monthly recurring funds in an equitable manner that best meets each recipient’s identified needs and preferences, including options for those who may not be connected to a financial institution (unbanked).Provide technical support for any issues that arise with participants’ payments through the pilot and/or be
