Note 1: The new due date is April 20, 2017 @ 2:00 pm MST Question 1: As a national non-profit, we have a $5 million dollar umbrella policy for coverage, which is far short of your requirement in Exhibit E 1.2 of $30,000,000 in aggregate coverage. Is this coverage level necessary for this scope of work? SFCC Response to Question 1: The successful Offeror(s) may be given the opportunity to negotiate with SFCC the Insurance Requirements. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided in Exhibit B. Failure to do so may subject Offeror to disqualification. All other provisions of the Proposal Documents shall remain unchanged. This addendum is hereby made a part of the Proposal Documents to the same extent as those provisions contained in the original documents and all itemized listing thereof.
