Facilities Maintenance Trade Services - Contractor Pool

Description

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a pool of qualified Contractors to provide facilities maintenance support services on an as-needed basis for various locations throughout the City of Homestead. The work will include, but is not limited to, general repairs, maintenance, installation, and minor construction services within the following trade categories (“Groups”):Group A: General ElectricalGroup B: Security and Sports LightingGroup C: PlumbingGroup D: Facility Maintenance Support ServicesContractors may submit bids for one or more Groups. The City reserves the right to award multiple Contractors per Group to ensure adequate coverage for all facilities.
