Preventative maintenance and repair program for all exercise equipment to include but not limited to all free weights, weight machines, cardio machines and additional group fitness equipment.The City of Papillion Recreation Department (CITY) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide maintenance and repair services to City owned exercise equipment at the Papillion Landing Community Recreation Center. The vendor will be responsible for all requirements and successful performance of this contract. The agreement which results from this RFP will be a contract for a period of one (1) year. This Agreement may be extended, on the same terms and conditions for up to three (3) separate one-year terms, if the CITY exercises the option to do so.
